Nucor Steel with my bestest assistant!
2012 started off great and extremely cold (+2° wind chill) but my number 1 assistant (Annie) braved the frigid air to help create this dynamic image for Nucor Steel’s tribute to its veterans. FYI-The eagle has about a seven foot wing-span and was commissioned for the plant. The image was lit with portable lighting to add a little artistic license. Annie was a human light stand and didn’t complain (much), She compared our endeavor to the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima… BUT MUCH COLDER. The wind gusts were over 45mph. Hope you all like it!-bj
